The fellas at Floor Experts were very responsive to my request to install Sisal carpet, ceramic tile, and some distressed hardwood in my house. They did an especially great job on the stairs which needed some repair and began the job next day without any previous scheduling. Their Account Mgr., Lee, came out on a 1 hour notice and quoted everything that day, and sent out the installer next morning. They even went and picked up my materials for me at the warehouse. After having to wait for materials from another supplier for over a month and getting the run-around from them and a bunch of excuses, it was a very pleasant experience to find a local contractor who could do everything they promised and keep their word and commitment to the job, especially their communication and follow-up with us to keep us attuned to what the progress was on our project. I highly recommend their work and honest approach as far as our project was concerned.

The Floor Experts were terrific!
They are very professional, knowledgeable, and customer service-centric. I definitely plan to use this company for future flooring projects. I had a tile come off of my bathroom floor. Not only did The Floor Experts help me find a solution, they detected that the sub-floor in my bathroom was damaged and moldy which could have led to a bigger problem for me and my family. The previous owners did a shoddy job which contributed to my unfortunate scenario but these guys came out and did a professional job. I highly recommend them.
